Our fees: we will explain how we calculate our fees and prepare a written estimate of the total cost. In a substantial case, where an accurate estimate is not possible, we can agree a figure not to be exceeded and assess progress regularly with you.

Our Terms & Conditions of Business: are available upon request and will, in any event, be provided to you before we commence work on your behalf.

Our hours of business: we are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Appointments outside usual office hours may be arranged by mutual agreement.  We have wheelchair access and facilities. If you have mobility difficulties it is sometimes possible for a solicitor to visit you at home. 

Car parking: our office is in a quiet street away from the town centre. The ‘pay and display’ parking is generally easy.
