Simran’s property practice focuses on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, transfer of equity, remortgages, lease extensions and landlord/tenant matters. Her clients include individuals, investors, developers, mainstream lenders and private companies and she has advised on several high-value projects including large plot purchases and leases of central London properties. Since qualifying at a law firm in London, she has worked closely with clients and agents in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and has a good knowledge of the area.

Simran read history and Political Science at the University of Birmingham and completed her LL.M and LPC at the University of Law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018.

Outside of work, Simran enjoys spending time with her two young children exploring local woodlands and volunteering at the local community food banks.
